Very similar to swordfish, but slightly sharper and more flavorful lighter and is almost always moister with a less meaty texture. Shark steaks are boneless and are very easy to prepare. Our Shark Steaks are sold by the pound. A two-pound portion serves four to five people. A year-round treat.
